WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE
ON A TEAM?

We are currently looking for an experienced talent who would like to join our Payroll team and take care with us of high-quality HR and payroll services for the company’s employees.
Do you like numbers, find your way through the meanders of regulations and at the same time are focused on cooperation and contact with people? If so, then you meet our basic requirements. 😊
Your role as a Specialist will be to provide full HR and payroll services to the people employed in our company and provide intra- and cross-team support.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehensive maintenance of personnel and payroll records of full-time employees and contractors, including preparation of documents related to the hiring and termination of contracts with employees and contractors,
  • Calculating salaries and preparing payrolls in accordance with applicable laws,
  • Ongoing supervision of working time and absences, and preparation of time records,
  • Supervision of the validity of medical examinations, health and safety training and other documents required by law,
  • Making settlements and preparing declarations in the field of ZUS, US, GUS, PFRON
  • Servicing employees and contractors in terms of PPK,
  • Issuing certificates of employment and earnings and other documents according to the current needs of employees and contractors,
  • Administering selected employee benefits,
  • Contact and correspondence with external institutions and offices.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • At least 2 years of experience in full HR and payroll services for both full-time employees and contractors,
  • Very good knowledge of: the principles of calculating salaries, labor law, civil law in the field of contractors, social security, pdof (personal income tax), PPK and PFRON,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office package,
  • Very good knowledge of the Płatnik program,
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English,
  • Responsibility and commitment,
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, willingness to share knowledge,
  • Very good organization of own work and punctuality in carrying out assigned tasks,
  • Experience in working with HR and payroll system Comarch ERP Optima program will be an advantage.

  • Full-time work – Fixed-term contract (Replacement) – CoE
  • Salary: 6500 – 8500 PLN gross
  • Hybrid work, 3 times a week in the Katowice office (working from the office 5 times a week during the first month)
