What role will you take on a team?

We are currently looking for an experienced talent who would like to join our DevOps group and work with us to solve complex problems in a simple way!
As a product company we are looking for long-term cooperation.

Your role as Senior DevOps requires quality engineering experience. You will be a team player cooperating with other DevOps, Developers, Product Manager, QA, System Architect, and Tech Leader.

Your responsibilities

Provisioning, securing, scaling and maintaining cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters
Providing feedback to application developers with logs and metrics
Creating automation and pipelines for application building, testing and deployment
Application errors and incidents remediation

Our expectations

Understanding DevOps concepts
Understanding modern applications architecture
Have good interpersonal skills and communicative English
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Would be your advantage:

Knowledge of application platforms (NodeJS, PHP)
Experience in database management (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience in multi-region, multi-cloud environments

How do we work?

We work in self-organizing Scrum teams. Test writing and code refactoring is our daily bread.

We are taking care of the technological debt and the quality of the code.

We plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks and use OKR’s in every quarter planning.

We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners).

We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice (no dress code).

Recruitment process

The entire process will take up to 2 hours:

Screening – phone call (15 min. in Polish)
Technical interview – video call (60-90 min. in English)
Final interview with Hiring Manager and HR – video call / meeting in our office (30 min. in Polish)
