What role will you take on a team?

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Product Owner to spearhead the development and delivery of our content-related effort in our Data department. As a central figure, the Product Owner will interface with various stakeholders including Support, CSM’s, Sales, and the content team to prioritize work and streamline operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Product Prioritization: Analyze and prioritize incoming requests from various stakeholders, aligning tasks with the product roadmap to meet strategic objectives.
  • Uphold a structured approach to task prioritization, aligning with the broader business goals and product strategies of the company.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
  • Facilitate transparent communication, effectively conveying progress updates, deliveries and managing expectations regarding product deliveries and setbacks.
  • Act as the primary conduit for various stakeholders in relation to bug tracking and resolution.
  • Delivery Management:
  • Maintain close alignment with the product roadmap timeline, ensuring that task prioritization adheres to strategic objectives upon deadlines.
  • Establish strategies to accelerate bug resolution processes, without compromising on the quality of the product.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration with peers in the product department to align go-live strategies with ongoing product development initiatives.


Our expectations

  • 3-5 years of experience in product-oriented roles, preferably with exposure to the sports betting industry.
  • Proficiency in data gathering technologies and a deep understanding of sports betting data.
  • Superior communication skills, capable of conveying complex issues in a clear and effective manner.
  • Strong technical and data driven orientation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent English

How do we work?

We work in self-organizing Scrum teams. Test writing and code refactoring is our daily bread.  We are taking care of the technological debt and the quality of the code. We plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks, and use OKR’s in every quarter planning. We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice (no dress code).


Recruitment process

Only 3 short stages ahead of you:

  • Screening – phone call with Recruiter in Polish (20 min.)
  • Technical interview – online meeting in English (60 min.)
  • Final interview – video call or meeting in the office, with Hiring Manager and HR in English (45 min.)
