WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE
ON A TEAM?

We are looking for an experienced salesperson for the position of Sales Manager / Sales Director (APAC market) who will lead sales and support our mission by offering our solutions to betting companies, publishers, broadcasters and federations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive sales initiatives, and contribute to the continued growth and success of our company. Experience in sales for the betting industry is a key requirement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop an active sales strategy for the company.
  • Proactively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle – from generating and managing leads to prospecting customers, setting up meetings, developing proposals and presentations to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Advise potential customers on products and services.
  • Create offers, presentations, contracts and other documentation to support the sales process.
  • Respond to inquiries.
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Experience in sales in the betting industry – sports media – must have.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in negotiating commercial contracts and building key partnerships.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, seek solutions, analytical and creative thinking.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Availability and flexible working hours oriented to customer requirements/expectations.
  • Results-oriented – you can work to deadlines and clearly defined goals.
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. C1). Knowledge of Chinese or Japanese will be your advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Screening – video call with Recruiter (up to 30 min. in Polish)
  • Interview – video call or meeting in the office, with CEO and VP of Sales (up to 60 min. in English)
