WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE
ON A TEAM?
We are looking for someone who is experienced and technically competent, effective at problem solving, and has interpersonal skills.
As a member of our IT support team, you will play a key role in providing daily help desk and technical support to the entire company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support internal users (locally and remotely) with hardware, software and systems.
- Receiving, diagnosing and resolving user requests in a timely manner, documenting and monitoring them.
- Inventory, installation, configuration of computers, peripherals and software.
- Preparing workstations for new employees (creating accounts, configuring hardware, installing systems and applications) in cooperation with HR and office administration.
- Administration of the local IT environment, including mail systems, intranet and other online applications.
- Administration of operating systems (Windows, macOS), knowledge of CLI.
- Administration of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 environments, integrations with IdP (HiBob).
- Operation of network environments (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN), basic administration of Cisco Meraki and server room.
- Jira administration and configuration (JQL, APIs, automations, integrations).
- JumpCloud administration (MDM, SSO, IdP, Patch Management).
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position;
- Availability to work from the office three times a week;
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work with others to solve problems;
- Ability to diagnose and repair hardware, software and network problems;
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS and Linux (including administration);
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN computer network operations (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN);
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 services.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets;
- Ability to manage own time and responsibilities;
- Conscientiousness, creativity, willingness to develop and share ideas;
- Knowledge of English to the extent of being able to read technical documentation.
WOULD BE YOUR ADVANTAGE:
- Ability to use API to integrate tools;
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Apps Script or other programming languages;
- Knowledge and experience with cyber security;
- Experience in people management;
HOW DO WE WORK?
We work in self-organizing. We plan our Sprint goals every 2 weeks, and use OKR’s in every quarter planning. We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice (no dress code).
