As a Sales Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to craft your own path, and play a critical role in the success of our company. You’ll be working for betting industry, and will have the chance to create meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients while delivering tailored data and tech solutions that power their business growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own Your Industry: Take full responsibility for managing the entire sales cycle in the betting sector – from engaging with potential prospects, delivering tailored presentations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Multichannel Outreach Campaigns: Execute creative and strategic outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities across a variety of channels.
  • Pipeline & Market Development: Build, maintain, and strategically grow your sales pipeline across global betting markets, identifying key operators, platforms, and service providers to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Prospecting in Betting: Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities within the betting ecosystem, including sportsbook operators, platforms, and technology providers. Proactively explore new betting markets and niches (e.g., esports, virtual sports, emerging jurisdictions).
  • Industry Representation: Act as the face of STATSCORE within the global betting community. Represent the company at betting-related industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen presence and credibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver solutions that align with the unique requirements of betting clients, ensuring long-term growth and retention.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Deliver accurate forecasts and competitive insights on global betting market trends to management, supporting strategy and product development.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • 3+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven success in the betting or igaming industry (sportsbooks, data providers, platforms), including full-cycle sales experience.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Skills: Comfortable generating leads (outbound), managing inbound inquiries, and closing deals independently.
  • Deep Betting Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of operators’ business models, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends
  • Strategic & Commercial Mindset: Ability to identify market opportunities, analyze client needs, and position solutions competitively.
  • Self-Starter & Remote Work Ready: Excellent time management, organization, and the ability to work independently across global time zones.
  • Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels within betting organizations, from operational teams to executives.
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher): You’ll be working in an international environment, so strong English language skills are essential.
  • Customer-Focused: Adaptable to client needs and flexible across time zones.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar), presentation tools (PowerPoint, Pitch, etc.), and prospecting/market research platforms.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • Interview – video call with VP of Sales (60 min.)
  • DISC assesment before final interview (10 min.)
  • Final interview with CEO – meeting in our office or video call (45 min.)
