As a Sales Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to execute your growth plan, champion your region, and play a critical role in the success of our company. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Territory Excellence: Take responsibility for the sales process – from engaging with qualified prospects and conducting needs analysis to delivering tailored presentations and negotiating terms, ensuring deals are ready for final approval and smooth handover into onboarding.
- Pipeline & Territory Growth: Build, maintain, and strategically scale your sales pipeline within assigned markets or verticals, ensuring consistent deal flow and revenue growth.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and prioritize high-value prospects in sports and media industries, while proactively exploring new markets and niche sectors. Leverage market insights, trends, and networks to uncover fresh opportunities.
- Market Representation: Act as the face of STATSCORE at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, strengthening brand presence and credibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, account growth, and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Forecasting & Market Insights: Provide accurate sales forecasts and competitive insights to headquarters, helping to align regional tactics with global business strategy.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- 3+ Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven success in the betting or igaming industry (sportsbooks, data providers, platforms), including full-cycle sales experience.
- Full-Cycle Sales Skills: Comfortable generating leads (outbound), managing inbound inquiries, and closing deals independently.
- Deep Betting Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of operators’ business models, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends
- Strategic & Commercial Mindset: Ability to identify market opportunities, analyze client needs, and position solutions competitively.
- Self-Starter & Remote Work Ready: Excellent time management, organization, and the ability to work independently across global time zones.
- Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels within betting organizations, from operational teams to executives.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher): You’ll be working in an international environment, so strong English language skills are essential.
- Customer-Focused: Adaptable to client needs and flexible across time zones.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM (HubSpot or similar), presentation tools (PowerPoint, Pitch, etc.), and prospecting/market research platforms.
