• Acting as the primary point of contact for employees and managers within assigned departments,
• Identifying skill gaps and working to implement learning and development programs,
• Recommending organizational improvements to increase overall teams productivity and happiness,
• Ensuring a consistent Employer Branding message across all internal and external touchpoints,
• Comprehensive management of on-boarding and off-boarding processes,
• Support in planning and implementing activities related to increasing employee satisfaction and work comfort,
• Conducting recruitment processes and employee opinion surveys,
• Administration and creation of company benefits packages.

• Over 2 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner,
• Proven track record of supporting leadership teams in achieving business objectives through people-centric solutions,
• Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret HR data,
• Excellent knowledge of labor law, modern HR best practices,
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence,
• Outstanding communication skills,
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and maintaining employment sustainability as well as other HRM processes – onboarding, offboarding, training, employee assessments, etc.
• Excellent English (B2 minimum),
• Availability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
