STATSCORE!

We are one of the world’s leading companies in the field of providing innovative products for the sports industry. We collect, organize and deliver high-quality sports data helping sports enthusiasts, media and betting organizations achieve their goals.

We connect people through what we do and create a better world for sports, every single day!

PRODUCTS?

All of our products are built in-house and are strictly related to sport. We are serving our customers with in-play live visualizations, as well as sports statistics widgets and raw data provided by our SportsAPI. All the features are created by using new technologies and the best practices around the process of software development.

TEAMMATES SAY

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU TAKE
ON A TEAM?

We are looking for an ambitious Junior UX/UI Designer to join our Product Team and work with us to create the best sport-data-driven products.
In this role, you will be responsible for the creative and substantive support of our products. You will work with the Product Team, other Company Departments and our Clients daily.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Design: Create wireframes and UI mockups (Lo-Fi & Hi-Fi) based on our Design System and team guidelines.
  • Product Maintenance: Create and modify existing projects in Figma (updating team colors, player stats, logos, and rosters) and prepare high-quality product screenshots.
  • Product Adoption & Communication: Design and edit graphics for websites, social media, presentations, one-pagers, and other promotional purposes using established Brand Books and templates to help clients and employees adopt our products effectively.
  • Motion & Video: Create simple promotional animations and screen recordings to showcase our widgets and platforms.
  • Development Collaboration: Maintain “technical empathy” – understanding how your designs translate into code and consulting with developers during implementation.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Portfolio: A link to your online portfolio or a PDF showcasing your UX/UI and graphic design work.
  • Figma Power User: Proficiency with Auto Layout, components and variants.
  • Adobe Photoshop is a must.
  • UX Design Basics: Basic knowledge of Information Architecture and mapping User Flows.
  • Mobile-First Mindset: Understanding the specifics of mobile devices (gestures, safe areas and technical constraints).
  • Research Curiosity: A strong desire to learn how to conduct user interviews and usability tests.
  • Focus on Scalability: The ability to design solutions that work effectively across an entire product ecosystem, not just for a single event.
  • Communication & Argumentation: The courage to ask “why?” and the ability to explain and justify your design decisions.
  • Team Player: Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset.
  • English (B2/C1): Our internal and external communication requires professional fluency.

WOULD BE YOUR ADVANTAGE:

  • Basic HTML/CSS and CMS systems (eg, WordPress) knowledge, understanding of “Figma to code”.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferably: Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with Figma’s new features, like Variables.
  • Experience with AI tools (upscaling, background removal, AI-assisted editing).
  • Fluency in sports, trends and an interest in the media/betting sector.

HOW DO WE WORK?

As a Product Team, we plan our work ahead. We use OKR’s in every quarter planning and plan 2-week sprints for our development teams.
We speak both Polish (internally) and English (with our partners). We work in hybrid mode with flexible hours, from home or from the office in Katowice.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Only 3 short stages ahead of you:

  • Screening – video call with Recruiter (30 min. in Polish)
  • Creative task – up to 2 hours estimated
