What role will you take on a team?

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Platform Operations Representative. In this role, you will be our clients’ first point of contact, providing excellent customer support and resolving tickets related to sports data. If you have a passion for sports, a knack for problem-solving, and high motivation, we invite you to be a crucial part of our platform operation team.

Your responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction with our sports data services.
  • Enhance our sports data software with up-to-date, accurate information.
  • Keep customers updated and gather info to resolve their issues.
  • Collect and use customer feedback to improve our products.
  • Stay updated with sports data trends and adapt to new support tools.

  • Passion for sports and a good understanding of sports data
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
  • Flexibility to work from the office in shifts and night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

 

Would be your advantage:

  • Experience in customer support, operations, or trading from a B2B sports betting provider.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Jira) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

 

Recruitment process

Only 3 short stages ahead of you:

  • Screening – video call with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (30 min. in Polish)
  • Technical interview – video call with Team Lead (45 min. in English)
  • Managerial interview – video call with Hiring Manager (30 min. in English)
