ON A TEAM?

We are currently looking for an experienced talent who would like to join our Business Development team and work with us to solve complex problems in a simple way!
As a product company we are looking for long-term cooperation. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us reach new clients and strengthen our presence in the sports data industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research Target Organizations: Conduct thorough research on potential client companies including sports organizations, media outlets, sportsbooks, and tech partners to identify good-fit prospects.
  • Map Decision-Makers: Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations, including their roles, responsibilities, and potential pain points.
  • Develop Company Profiles: Create detailed profiles of prospect companies, including but not limited to their business model, challenges, and potential use cases for our solutions.
  • Generate Prospect Insights: Provide sales team with insights on prospects’ needs, based on the gathered information
  • Support Outreach Strategy: Develop personalized outreach recommendations based on research findings to help Account Executives tailor their approach.
  • Qualify Inbound Leads: Contact and assess incoming website leads to determine their status, and forward qualified prospects to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Maintain Research Database:Ensure all research findings, company profiles, and stakeholder information is accurately documented in our CRM system.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Strong research skills with the ability to find and analyse relevant company information.
  • Passion for sports and understanding of the sports data industry.
  • 1+ year of experience in market research, lead qualification, or sales support.
  • Good communication skills for contacting and assessing potential leads.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively perform the job duties.
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sports betting, media, or sports technology is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize research tasks.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Only 3 short stages ahead of you:

  • Screening – video call with Recruiter (up to 30 min. in Polish)
  • Interview – video call with VP of Sales (60 min. in English)
  • DISC assesment before final interview (10 minutes)
  • Final interview with CEO – meeting in our office (45 min. in Polish)
